Centrally located on the Vimiera Village site is the Assisted Living Apartment building which is a 3 story brick and tile construction in a distinctive hexagonal shape. Many facilities are located on the ground floor including the dining room, commercial kitchen, toilet facilities, care takers quarters, recreation room, laundry and storage areas. This level also contains 4 residential units adapted for disabled use.

Level one and two are dedicated to the residential areas. Level one includes an internal large lounge area with an atrium effect that permits vast amounts of natural light. The layouts of the residential units are of two styles, 27 x Type A which is approx 25 sq m and 27 x Type B which is approx 27 sq m.
