The Committee of Medi-Aid Centre Foundation has formulated a series of Policies. The purpose of these policies is to provide in clear and unambiguous language the way in which the Foundation is to operate, both on a day by day basis, as well in the general terms of “going forward”. It incorporates the structure of the organisation, its mission, and methods of operation which are also laid down in its Memorandum & Articles of association (constitution) as revised and registered with ASIC on June 23, 2006. The policies are also meant to ascertain that the organisation is acting within the appropriate Federal and State legislation, and does not breach any statutory or legal requirements. There is a large list of Committee Policies, and the originals may be inspected at the Registered Office of the Company, or at its Operational Office at Eastwood NSW office. Also, your linen maybe provided and laundered, domestic chores carried out, lawns, gardening and outside maintenance ate attended to. 24/7 on site management and security are all part of the scene.
